Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located close to McGill campus and shopping, making it convenient for exploring Montreal. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, TV, and good internet connection. However, the service was lacking in professionalism and helpfulness. The dining options were pricey, limiting quick and affordable meal choices.
This hotel served as a comfortable and clean base for our stay. The rooms were nice and clean, equipped with a sofa and a laptop safe. However, the ventilation from the restaurant fan made its way into the stairway, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was professional, with particular praise for the helpful and kind staff who went out of their way to assist, although the lack of transparency in pricing was a drawback. The location was convenient, facing McGill University and offering easy access to downtown Montreal attractions. The dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options and basic offerings. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money was evident.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious, much more than what I have experienced in other hotels. The living room/sitting area was enormous, including a living room, dining area, and a full kitchen, making the stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff being young, respectful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, being just a block away from Peel metro station, right in the middle of everything. The dining experience, although with room for improvement, was good with local fruits available. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay highly enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, although not as clean as desired, allowing for a comfortable stay without feeling crowded. The service was friendly and very helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. The location was perfect for attending events at McGill University, with easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience, however, was disappointing with subpar offerings, and the facilities could be improved.
The hotel rooms had plenty of space and all the amenities you could need, but needed a new faucet assembly in the bath. Despite some minor issues, the location was great with easy access to transportation and attractions. The service was fantastic overall, though there were some instances of slight carelessness. Dining options were limited and a bit pricey. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though starting to show some signs of wear in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to public transportation and popular attractions. While the service was generally nice and helpful, there were moments of suspicion regarding billing. The dining experience was average, with limited options for the price paid.
The hotel room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, it was VERY dusty due to ongoing refurbishment. The service was a mix of extremely friendly and helpful staff but also unhelpful encounters. The location was very convenient and central, making it easy to explore the city. However, finding parking was a challenge with additional costs involved. The dining experience was overpriced for the quality of food served. Overall, a decent hotel with room for improvement.
